There's one dicey situation taking shape here imho.....Depending on which part of the internet backbone your plugged into on the web, will determine how quickly you see the new website when the new DNS propagates.

Some people may be able to see the new website before others. If it's good they get the jump in, if it's a disappointment they'll also get the jump. Unless it happens after hours, imho.
