Hello Schaef I believe the Brunners are Real estate Tycoons and the facts point to this. It is a fact that south pacific CR real estate has increased from 200 dollars an acre for rural land to today 800 plus . Check the public records.

When I checked with notary in San Jose he did some checking and found that TATFs has 18 properties(the farms)/SJ and two mortgages in CR. This is public information.

It is a fact that TATFs has been advertising on their website Teak trees for sale since I bought mine in 2001 9 years ago (plus the years before that) with detailed projections they offer to pay investors for teak trees at 7,10,13,17 year periods and so far only I think two people here have claimed they ever recieved a projected distribution. (correct me if mistaken)

TATFs has kept those website ads running all along with those detailed payment distributions for investors knowing that they can not make payments as they advertise. Very unrealistic projections.

To make this investment even more suspect and worthy of labeling scam is that the owner continues to run those ads KNOWING so far he has not been able to make payments .

Those ads are still running. Just think of the investor that buys into this investment believing that he will get paid at those times.

I do not believe the owner is quiet about this it is and has been all over the internet.

Nearly all the promises in my contract have been broken and when I need answers to basic questions they do not even respond.

At best a mismanaged outfit at worst a scam. J
