Jeff, our new IRP, confirmed the company is well aware of the Nevada SOS issue and is taking action to correct the matter. I have subsequently shared our frustrations regarding lack of sustained news or shareholder updates and he will be discussing this and other shareholder concerns with management today. I gave him examples of how management can ease tensions and immediately build value for themselves and there loyal shareholders without fluff or pump.

Jeff seems to be very shareholder-friendly and quickly responds to my correspondence. I will keep the board posted.
