I have heard, (maybe someone can verify?) that stocks that trade above a dollar can't be lent out without permission. My question is....who in their right mind would lend their shares out (besides a MM ) when shorting brings pps down? I have set all of my penny stocks for sale at a pie in the sky price. INCA is for sale at $1.50.......any talkers? I have lots and lots.
