On Yahoo the following was posted attributed to PTQ:

The meeting has been reset to March 22,2010, pending a decision as to the best mechanism to use to spin out the infrastructure company.

If the chosen mechanism is not a plan of arrangement, the meeting will be canceled. If the chosen mechanism is a plan of arrangement, we will be circulating a Management Information Circular containing full details of the plan of arrangement and proxy forms. In either case, a future news release will be issued announcing the chosen method of the spin out.

In light of the above, a distribution date has not been determined as of yet. The distribution date will be determined after the method to spin out has been chosen. We will keep people informed via news release regarding the above.
