It means that someone out there thinks that this stock will continue its downward trend.

Is that logical if one believes that the close will happen soon?

Nope.

So it shows that at least some investors don't think a close will happen.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
