You don't know what you're talking about on this issue.

I have spoken with Etrade's Corporate Actions on this several times. Etrade already has instructions to convert to UNIS and they reiterated they are waiting for the shares.

I can't speak for other discount brokerages, but call Etrade's elite corporate actions if you don't believe me. And I don't mean their regular 800 number. I have access to their backroom elite corporate actions dept.
