more power to them, if someone loses weight on it they *could* keep it off if being thin opens them up to more excercise.

My mom did well with bariatric surgery but I worry about anything people worry about... she is now able to excercise a ton but psychologically she is starting to break good habits.

It's easy to fall off the wagon it. happens and if there *realy* is a safe diet drug I say it's worth it.

neat thing is that it works best for people who aren't at the extreme (<35bmi)... there is a huge market for people that just want to look good.
