kind of. the 8-K said that the only two affiliates that they could do business with using this funding was with i-tek and cysg. supposedly dnpi pays cysg rent on the space that they share in jersey and i-tek does some repair work on some of dnpi's hardware. now, i'm with you herrb88 in that someone other than retail is accumulating bigly, and i, too, am thinking that it is either dnpi (most likely imo) or cysg themselves. either way, i'm thinking that the spark that will light this thing will be the cysg financials. once those are made public, then whatever their plans are (there are several theories floating around out there about this) should start to come into focus. my theory, simply stated, is that dnpi and cysg will be combined and that many of these outstanding shares will be retired, reducing the share structure such that the combining of the two companies will be made simple. i welcome healthy debate and would like to hear anyone's differing opinion.
