Once Mosky and Metter are found to have cooked the books, forged opinion letters and otherwise lied through their teeth to investors, the class action lawsuits will wipe out this company and get everything the SEC and the hot check lawsuits leave behind.

Pike has lost big before and right now he is proving he hasn't learned a thing from any of it. He is down big here., His only hope is that witless newbies will buy because he has and maybe then he can sell into them and salvage something.

Mr. Pike will be holding the high cards for sure. Msrs. M and M may be in hot water and may very have to deal with some unpleasant legal issues.
