I just got off the phone with customer service about the squeegee i ordered and they said that it would ship in 7-10 days. She told me that the only thing that is on backorder for some orders is the washer pads. She said a lot of buyers have been ordering extra pads and that is the reason for the backorder. She also said people love the product and they were filling a lot of orders!!! In my opinion and no one can change it this is a great company and i think it is the real deal!!!
