i was thinkin they already have the $$ too play with! maybe they still have too close on it? finalizing financing could mean that they dont know exactly how many shares and how much money they are going too end up with? last pr was way vague!it makes no sense for them too buyback when pps is much higher! does it? i truely still believe that beda has boughtback a nice chunk at this point! t trades!imo!
