The reason we will win a settlement is this....that at anytime a Government agency can swoop in with no reason or no valid reason, take your bank down, your entire investment, sell to anyone at a give away rate while you watch your life disappear before your eyes. It happened here...it caused a VP to commit suicide.

R U kidding me? You think the guy with the plane was a once in a lifetime incident? You will see more of this as the public feels they have no power against a ruthless government.

This needs to be resolved! The government knows it...JPM knows it. They took a solvent bank but hey, "we were offered it".

And the best thing? Judge W knows it and thus the EC. INMHO get ready for one hecka of a show between here and March 4th.
