Do you have any FACT(S) that "snow" is impeding operations??... Pleaseeee post your findings!



Bet you've NEVER seen coal just jump out of the UNDERGROUND (Mine) into coal trucks, or HEAVY! machinery just doing its job without someone to operate it.

If the workers can't get to the mine, snow WILL impede production. DUH!
