2 SIDES TO THE SHARE SALE SENARIO

Just got on and haven't read posts so not sure if this has been covered yet. The forced sale by JPMC has potential benefits on one side and detrimental effects on the other side with two case senarios.

1. Forcing all employees to sell because they don't want to make them rich in a settlement payout and those employees in turn say to Chase "flip you" and leave the company. GOOD FOR US.

2. How can they force the employees to sell their shares before a payout (settlement) and risk a landslide of law suits from these folks. NOT GOOD FOR US AT ALL.

I completely don't understand the reasoning behind the forced sale of shares on JPMC's part??????
