That's why the advice to place a sell at $1.00 for the whole tying up of shares may bite some people in the a$$ for tax purposes and for what they wanted to do as an investment strategy.

Just think you followed that advice went somewhere and didn't follow for a few days and came back and saw the stock exploded and you sold at $1.01; held for short gain and now have a bigger tax liability and no longer holding a position.
