I posted this comment in September of 2007. My calculation is still reasonable, but is dependent on 3 things: 1) legal fees don't affect the recovery of the VAT (HMRC has to pay for our defense); 2) they distribute the VAT; and 3) they don't attempt to start back up.

If they receive their VAT refunds and distribute to shareholders - then it's worth $.233. Granted -this may take up to 3 years to realize - but with no operations there should be very limited expenses, no debt, and some potential to realize a recovery of what currently looks to be a worthless investment.
Or perhaps I'm just trying to justify my ownership?
