I have no doubt that there are many millions unregistered (fake) AURC shares floating around. You can't detect them by asking shareholders to send private information, but Transfer Agent does have tools to do this. The question is: now what? Unless Aurus is ready to take serious legal actions(which is expensive, doesn't guarantee a success, and did not work even for big board companies), the only solution is restructuring of the company (like reverse merger) with issuing of new shares. When NWOL management found themselves in similar situation (with ~40 mil of air shares) first, they decided to buy some shares back on open market. Next day after announcement they received a phone call "from California" with offer to sell "as many shares as you want at and below market price". At this point they realized that you either scam shareholders or get scammed yourself. Guess what was their choice? Bottom line: in current market conditions, when all types of crooks get free pass, situation with NS shares can't be resolved. IMO.
