If you want to speculate with micro-crap you have to buy when it is flat lined. Once the pump has started it's just too late. Be disciplined and pass it by, you've missed the boat. If you buy it after the pop has started, you'll end up holding the bag.

Limit the damage. Sell it on the next pop, there should still be some left. Keep in mind that subsequent pops usually become smaller and smaller. In the end, this will return to flat line land, these always do.
