Good Point! What this company has did in past starting with Ed Johnsons criminal acts in past as well as ones he and Carol Johnson were convicted of last year I thought were enough to let shareholders know were dealing with scammers.

But that wasnt enough!! Then they reverse split stock 100,000 to 1! Yes for each million share you owned now owned 10 shares per million. And just to break even if bought at .0001 must sell at $10.00 per share.

No logical reason was ever given for this massive reverse split. It was nothin other than total destruction to all shareholders. And now! We have same promoters back again, starting all over to shear the sheep while hiding the past here on I Hub board.

This is one stock that shareholders who were destroyed should consider that now they need be prosecuted once again by SEC. I for one would be glad to be a part of that suit!

Its time we join and put a stop to these criminal scams being able to outright steal shareholders money!
