(NASDAQ: WAVX – www.wave.com) announced today that it has filed a $25 million shelf Registration Statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Once declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the shelf registration statement would permit Wave to sell, in one or more public offerings, up to $25 million in aggregate value of its Class A common stock, warrants to purchase its Class A common stock or a combination of both. Wave has no current plans or agreements regarding the sale of the securities registered on this shelf registration statement.
