online works for me, the courts should strip the co away from Jason and hand it ovet to the shareholders no matter whatthe debt obligations are, which should be transferred over to Jason and crew. I'm sure it doesn't work that way. Common shares holders are usually wiped out and then the preferred shareholders have a choice to renegoiate the debt or declare BK.
