Unregulated Pinks can ALWAYS combat NS' positions by simply buying back their own shares, Lowering the float and then pump a Press Release.
(They can fabricate any PUMP story they want, it’s protected by the SHA as disclaimed within their PR’s.)

As share availability gets tighter (after a buyback), NS will be urged to "RUN FOR COVER", the PPS rises and the company can Dilute (the shares they bought back) at higher prices to make many folds more than they're making how.

Why dilute at .0001 when they can dilute at .001 and make 10 times the amount for PINK company operations, because they're Brain Dead!
