Reminds me of a guy offering me cash for a car. I took it because I did not want to waste time looking for another buyer. I sold if for a tremendous loss. I don't think that the GGWPQ board will sell this just to meet his expectations and demands. I think they are doing the right thing in taking their time and waiting to maximize shareholder equity to within Ackman's range of 23 to 43 or something like that.
