Good post and I agree that this is a likely explanation for things. My concern is once again JD's wordsmithing... I thought the same thing re the float and that fact that what he said may have technically been the truth.

But my other concern is just the fact that he has previously indicated through his email statements and telephone conversations that big things were in the works. In light of the fact that he does not even have a prototype built how can there be much interest, much less a partnership, at this point? I just wish he would explain what is going on. Most of the uproar I believe is the direct result of his earlier statements leading us to believe big things would be announced soon, only to get these disappointing PRs which only seem to tell us that things are not even close to being where we had been led to believe they were and absolutely no explanation as to why.
