Fellow INVESTORS......There seems to be mass confusion and plenty of emotion due to the past few days. I have a few simple questions and possible outlooks that have crossed my mind and the input from a fellow SYMW holder has brought to light for me and I have drawn a few conclusions because we have brain stormed this as many of you have....but could it be simple?
1. Where has JD been lying as the few previous post are suggesting? I have not seen these facts? It seems to me that "we" are referring to JD's reply to Mikey's email yesterday about the NON RES SHARES? JD told us ......" The outstanding reported on the Pinks Sheets is up to date. About 10% of the free-trading (non-restricted) shares indicated there have not been deposited by their owners so the free-trading shares in the system is less than indicated on the Pinks. But they can deposit them at any time. That's their right, as is the right of all shareholders to sell." ....... I believe this to be true.
Don't we agree that on last Monday, FEB 8th it was posted on pinks[b]?...."Outstanding Shares
11,744,855,284 as of Feb 8, 2010"........... Problem is no one picked this up until "Z" stated it today in a earlier post....... JD was not lying yesterday we he told Mike that the "PINK SHEETS" were up to date. Problem is most trading brokers ,such as scottrade, have not updated that info. Pinks is actually the only place that I can find it.... IMO this explains question 1 and JD hasn't lied about it, correct?
2. This runs along beside #1. All the sudden there is 1 billion shares on the Float (or shares that we can trade). Again, Z has pointed this out for us. These go hand and hand right?.....We go up a billion in OS and up a billion in Float if this has happened then could it be possible that JD has put these 1 billion out to sea a week before some solid but not overly productive news?..........
This happens on Monday the 8th. JD comes out with PR on Friday at market close on a long weekend, everyone is pumped and can't sleep. Tuesday 10 minutes before open JD again supplies a nice PR to help with?????????????? Well IMO, if you read the PR's simple like, and don't really over analyze this mess and you take away all the crap that we think is going to happen, or did happen, or is about to happen, and as "GREEN PLUS" has stated take the emotion out of it.......what is left?
Could it be as simple as JD takes 1B out of "the companies" holdings and places it in the hands of a broker or multi brokers to slip in and sell as the PR hits so that the PPS doesn't go down slightly and everyone jumps ship because there was no news and all the sudden there is a massive sale? Remember we are developing a PROTO and these things cost money. BIG money... I work in the electrical field and have a good understanding of what a project can cost.......Now you say is that smart for JD to do that? Well it is if the company needs $$ for the project...... And really how genius this is because we are still at .0005 and JD now has a large amount of money to build the PROTO. How many stocks have you been in that have sold this amount and not went down on PPS. And the only reason everyone is panicking is because "emotion" has taken over because of speculation and dreams of boat riding! HAH
I was there too over the weekend to share the thoughts of a dream! But, it's back to work for the time being and I like to read all the posts you guys compose and it is some good information and I hate to see it fall apart over something that could be as simple as...........once again Green Plus .......emotion? IMO, is this out of the question?
Remember JD can't let every little piece of info out. It's not possible for anyone to do that. And just maybe he has to play the field a little to get where we need to go but if he would have announced that the company was going to take a huge loan out for the proto and the company doesn't have any revenue.............well who is going to buy into that Co. Is it also a coincidence that the MM's are just sitting there taking advantage of this? Could be? Again, just MO......Hope this week will have some stability and I also hope that everyone keeps up the DD and all the good posts. I always find productive information in them and I hope that someone finds mine the same.

Like I said IMO this could have happened. At least thats what two SYMW stock holders are thinking...........And we are both long with Millions of shares.
