Rest easy. R/S wont happen until all the other uplisting requirements have been met. And then only as a last resort.

uplisting requires a minimum of 2 consecutive audited quarterly's.

MIKP isn't going to Audit Q1

Audited fins are starting after Q2

MIKP wouldn't be eligible to uplist until after Q3 (Oct?)


And if all the other requirements are met except the share price minimum, I say do it Mark!

get us on a higher tier and leave pinky land
