Exceptional examples I might add! JBII seems to be getting some of that action as of late as well. The shorties are definitely playing with fire with this one. As long as they are able to cover before the uplist, then all is fine & good. I just would not desire to be holding short on the uplist day, BTW, we all know that that day is coming - no brainer.
