i'm sorry, but i have to laugh....i bought my first tankless water heater 18 yrs. ago........this technology has been around forever......since then I've bought 2 more......i personally love them.....there's nothing like instant hot water and an endless supply....they are definately the way to go....i've lived off the grid in the mountains and couldn't of survived w/out a tankless water heater.....it's just not a new technology and there are countless competitors......i live in the middle of nowhere and everyone I know has been using tankless water heaters for the last 20 yrs......just a little reality check.......
