In my opinion, the PPS ticked up on Friday due to a combination of some positive press from VFC(see jrg's earlier messages) and hints that we would soon be seeing an official release of positive audit results. There were a lot of people anxiously awaiting the news from BIEL either yesterday or today on the audit results, and the PPS has floundered a bit in the absence of that news to-date.
