Been watching this for a year and still very optimistic. Check out the virtual tour on their web site, "A Better tomorrow". Place looks nice, only problem is that it appears to be in a neighborhood. One wonders if the surrounding families are fighting to push it out. I know this is a common fight by neighborhoods in the east that is usually lost. Hope Cali folks are nicer than east coasters...
