Here is my logical reasoning RS:
1)Blackout from company has ended
2)something big caused that, not our shareholder revolt (why listen now).
3)PR about Mill almost complete (could have been 4 weeks ago).
4)Next shareholder note in 10 days (why not one week? 3 days?)
5)Silence on all three: BrokerageAgreement/LTF/Mill Opening
6)Above three items are almost certainly linked
7)Break the logjam and the boat flows forward.

Here is my emotional reasoning:
1)People know something is coming. I can sense it.
2)My senses are often wrong, but listen to the verbal body language of board members who might know something but may not be free to communicate it at this time.
