I believe that the bridge loan folks that the amigos mentioned in the Solicitation for removal of RH, are playing an intregal part at this time. In fact, Guy Paul Gauthier who brought many of these investors to EFFC, would want to "save face" & maximize their investment... Longs would welcome this as well, as many have been here since the days of Ross Wilson.....So to summarize, I don't think an RS is an option at this time...
