it might be one of those stupid little things that high paid attorneys like to argue, you know, to make money ..almost like early teen girls... does the fact that even if a settlement occurs yet, it is not based on "equity" (because there is none), why would an equity commmitte have any right to be at a settlement table? chicken or the egg argument I guess.
