To summarize
Point 1,2,3-Correct no revenues at this point. However we are looking at what and how much revenues will be brought this year by the campaigning of infomercials.
Point 4-False statement, old news. Current is they have 15 tv ready products and 60 in portfolio.
Current one is the squeege (www.ultimatesqueegee.com) and current website www.tsho.com, if you go through their previous PR's you will see info about products that they do have rights to, some include risoli cookware sets, myclip, Sauna, etc.
Point 5-already addressed in my previous post-skymark is only one promoting them.
Point 6-false statement/room for similar products in market always exist.

That PBEC is a new company that bought out an old company called Descanso Agency.
What happens is if a new company does not want to incur a hefty cost with releasing an IPO what htey do is find is what is called a "shell" company that went bankrupt or is worth basically nothing.
So in PBEC's case they found a company called Descanso Agency and bought all of its shares, changed its name to their new venture PBEC. What they did is often called a reverse merger. Google it and you will see its a common practice. Yes unfortunately a lot of companies misuse this and do become scams but does not mean all are like that. Again it is common where a CEO of one company is a chairman on another-as long as its not in the same industry so there is no conflict of interest.
Point 9 & 12: The different addresses were retail stores-but now the main office is in washington-and its specifically states they closed the other locations down and is operation from the washington location donated by the CEO (so its the CEOs home you are seeing on googlemaps) to avoid overhead and expenses related to renting out an office space. Since they are contracting out the business-they don't need an office location-TSHO has hired Cesari Direct, DataPak, LiveOps for their backend administration and those companies already have proper offices and the equipment needed to run.

Point 10,13,15 are just FALSE Statements-just assumptions- I don't even know how to answer that.
Point 11-I;m not going to answer that esp when the conference call was not a call-in conference call.
Point 14-Go through the conference call again
First week-test run-make sure system works, 2nd and 3rd week (dark phase to make improvements-no ads will be running during this time. Fourth week-Running ads with the improvements. If first week everything works and sales are phenomenal-no dark phase. They will then just go on airing commercials.
