With Guy being the accountant (Guy Faucher-the guy that sold his cottage to RH), I am sure that he is doing the work concerning the financials, bill collections, & account receivables. Makes sense that at this time he is deemed the president as of the moment it is all about fending off creditors & debt collectors.

As Rosebud has said, I as well believe they are trying to work through the mess of EFFC.
