I am a bit shocked the insurance company which stands to lose a ton more than the 1.6 mm asked by the SEC, didn't insist the company settle....dumb. ........I do believe the D&O insurance company settled the judgement from the shareholders lawsuit and from what I remember,are not going to insure them anymore due to fraudulent activities.That's why Mide ,Sanswire have not settled with the SEC.
