0.09 would give us an annualized EPS of 0.36 and a valuation of over $7/sh. I'll stick with the low-ball for now with hopes the EPS ends up closer to your figure. ;)

You really think PQI will have a market cap of $150M (based on a projected O/S of 30M shares)? I imagine they'd need gross revenue of about $15M - $30M, to realize that which, imo, isn't entirely out of the question.

If the meeting is late-MAR, when do you think the actual spinoff would occur?
