That's a "silver lining"?

I find it difficult to believe that he'd be any more effective as a "consultant" than as the CEO!

My opinion is that this "consultant" position he has been listed under is simply a facade to let him save face and justify the shares and cash that went into his pocket.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
