I understand that idea. Problem is, over the course of months, it is down. Not just days. It is down even after an intense push by a pump group.

So while I understand what you are saying about daily trading, the truth is, this hasn't proven to perform well over a long term at all.

So just because people aren't happy with where we are right now, doesn't mean that they are upset with a day to day trade.

Seems like a cop out to me for the company or other holders to write off displeased shareholders with that one.

Like it or not, if you bought this back around August or so, you are probably DOWN significantly. And if you bought a TON of it over the course of a couple of months or more with the idea that over time it would progressively prove itself to get better and better with time, then you have seen it do just the opposite and are seeing your investment lose quite a bit to this point.

Am I happy with the performance here? Not at all. But it isn't because of what this thing does over the course of a day. It is because of what it has done since I started buying it.

A couple of small-time attempts at concerts, some sort of meet and greet with Sean Combs, a local talent show at a mall devoid of any significant talent are the only things that they have ever actually done. Everything else is just something to tease the future with. The track record of success with things that they do actually seem to get involved with is dismal.

In order to answer the criticisms, they need a real win. A successful venture. They need something that they can point to that shows verified success in their business that gives them credibility.

Pot shots at shareholders might distract some of the weak minded folks, and rally the sophomoric, but it certainly doesn't do anything to lend credibility or substance to the issues at hand.

Day to day is not the complaint.
