so if the float is 404,827,453 then these 36 people control 34.5% of the float but lets assume the float has been reduced 125000000 (arbitrary number) then we control 50% of the float. Wow! Anyway what can we do with these numbers I dont really know but here they are. A quick point is that I do not believe everyone was 100% honest so take these numbers cautiously so dont let anyone who says they have "all the shares" change how you invest. I am just presenting these numbers so we can make some theories on how the stock will react to the buyback.
