Feb 12, 2010 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- United Beverage Alliance, a subsidiary of RMD Entertainment Group, has submitted a plan to form a joint venture with Coral Water Manufacturing, LLC to produce bottled water utilizing the Coral process. Both the entities are based in the US.

Coral Water(R) is produced through a patent pending 32-step multi-stage manufacturing process that effectively removes all of the dangerous contaminants while re-introducing back in all of the important minerals and electrolytes.

The joint venture also outlines profit sharing of Coral's existing product lines.
