nice job WMI...and the great judge...


It set the precedent that any further claims against WMI that SHOULD have been directed to WMB. THJMW ruled that WMI and WMB are separate entities, and as a result, claims against WMB are no longer (if ever) the responsibility of WMI because it was "seized" from WMI. The claims must be made against WMB, JPM (who now owns WMB) or the FDIC.
