harr, thanks for posting the information regarding the lawsuit against MOBL. What I'm wondering about now, is "whose claim against MOBL takes precedence"?....YAG or the leasing company? They can't both take the remaining assets to satisfy their claims of ownership.
My guess is that YAG gets first choice, but, as I said, it's only a guess. What's do you think?
