Then why publish un-audited financials?
The expectation of audited financials is hearsay, more or less, until confirmed (I have not personally recieved a response from Cape IR). But I think it is still legitimate in light of their other releases and the other DD which has been listed here. IMO there has to be a purpose for taking the time and expense to perform an audit, so I'm waiting to hear more from them, and it's not costing me anything to hold on to my 14mil shares until they do report (unless I sell prematurely). I'm sure I know less about this company than some here who have been doing their research for months/years... but based on what I have read concerning the convertibles which are being dumped, I believe they expire sometime this month (unless I am reading the filings incorrectly) and it strikes me that Toms is simply waiting for them to settle. I could be way off base. If they are going to report audited financials, I'm looking for them sometime between Feb 22 and Mar 31, so I'm not getting my panties in a wad until that period... there's plenty of time to take advantage of the weekly trip-6 to trip-9 occilation, in the meantime.
