I don't about you all, but I find it pretty unbelievable to see POPN still below a penny when we have validation from Sam's Club website that they sell the companies product. PPS hit .018 a few months ago on a rumor and now we have the real thing with a PR expected and we're back down near the bottom at .006. What gives?

What is IR telling people? Where is the news of the obvious? Doesn't the company have a responsibility to announce big news like this to shareholders?
