Those that live in the Tampa Bay area are blessed with one of the most beautiful areas- then they do stuff like biometrics screening of the super bowl- with no fuss from the locals. Nice place to visit, areas just North of it are stunning, monkeys from the old Tarzan movies can still be seen along with manatees grazing in the waterways. Wild parrots can been seen in flocks all along the coast. Beautiful area , have a friend who lives about a mile off the beach just North of Clearwater, the air there always has the softest quality.
