but seriously... JPM aided with the FDIC are able to suppress this court issue. When its small money maybe the news can be suppressed but if its a considerable amount of money that if given in JPM commons stocks... would destroy its market, because a bunch of commons from WAMU would sell all their stocks of hundreds of thousands of dollars each. I am thinking realistically 5-8 at best 12 after preferred and creditors. IMO... and I know nothing...I'm prob wrong. jmo
