All I did was state the facts. It is dilution, pure and simple. Read my posts the last few days -- I go out of my way to say that this stock could come back, if the company stops diluting. Call me a basher if you want. But if you think that an increase in the o/s of 12 million isn't relevant information for people, you're wrong.
