This is from the Delaware Bankruptcy Court website regarding Settlement Agreements. http://www.deb.uscourts.gov/Chambers/settlement_agreement.pdf

New Settlement Agreement Procedures

1. All Motions to Approve Settlement Agreements and Proposed Settlement Agreements should be filed in both the lead Bankruptcy Case and the related Adversary proceeding.



If I understand this correctly, a Motion has to be filed for approval with the Court before any other action is taken. Wouldn't that mean we would see it in the filings?
